$15 per Signature Notarized & Travel & Time Fee starting at $15 depending on location & time of appointment. 

          *Discount for 5 or more notarized signatures. ​​​

​$FREE-I will witness documents during our notary appointment for free.

$30-50- I can provide a second witness for a fee between depending on the time and location of the appointment.

          *I can be a witness on a document as long as it is not a             document I am notarizing. An example of this would be             a California Will. 

FAQ

What do I need for the appointment?

1~ The Persons who's signature is being notarized must physically be at the appointment.

2~ The documents to be notarized. 

3~ A valid ID. (Examples are; Drivers License, State ID, Passport, this may be less then 5 years expired. If the signer does not have ID there are other ways to verify)4~ Signer must be alert and aware of what they are signing.

What does $15 Per Signature Notarized mean?

There is a $15 per signature notarized fee. This is YOUR signature (or the signer of the documents) being notarized, NOT the Notaries Signature.

Example 1- You have 1 document lets say a grant deed and you and your spouse are both signing the document and need it notarized that would be 2 Signatures notarized.

Example 2- You have multiple documents that you need notarized lets say its 4 documents; a power of attorney, trust, trust certificate, and advanced health care directive. If are the only signer on these documents this would be a total of 4 signature notarized.
