Helpful Information

What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card (in person and over the phone)

Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Google Pay, & Apple Cash

What do I need for the appointment?

1~ The Persons who's signature is being notarized must physically be at the appointment.
2~ The documents to be notarized.
3~ A valid ID. (Examples are; Drivers License, State ID, Passport, this may be less then 5 years expired. If the signer does not have ID there are other ways to verify)
4~ Signer must be alert and aware of what they are signing.

What does $15 Per Signature Notarized mean?

There is a $15 per signature notarized fee. This is YOUR signature (or the signer of the documents) being notarized, NOT the Notaries Signature.

Example 1- You have 1 document lets say a grant deed and you and your spouse are both signing the document and need it notarized that would be 2 Signatures notarized.

Example 2- You have multiple documents that you need notarized lets say its 4 documents; a power of attorney, trust, trust certificate, and advanced health care directive. If are the only signer on these documents this would be a total of 4 signature notarized.

BINGO!!! I got to stop in and donate some prizes to Elk Grove Park Assisted Living & Memory Care & Windsor Elk Grove Care and Rehabilitation Center. I really enjoy working with the Staff and residents at both of these locations

I enjoyed a beautiful evening at McConnell Estates Winery supporting the Firefighters Burn Institute fundraiser.

I got to kick start my Thanksgiving

handing out water to all the Elk Grove Gobble Wobble runners. This even supports the amazing Chicks in Crisis Organization.

We had a blast handing out free hot chocolate and cookies to everyone at the Dickens Street Faire in Old Elk Grove during the tree lighting.

I was feeling the puppy love when I dropped off these goodies to the Elk Grove Animal Shelter.

We supporting our community!

We spent Saturday morning volunteering to pass out shirts & bags to all of the Running Of The Elk participants.

I had such a great time helping out & participating in the annual WellQuest Senior living Health & Fitness Day. I got to walk & chat with some of the amazing residents & staff. I look forward to next years an event.
